Document Attestation Process:

 

Order Process

Once you have approved our fee quote and wish to proceed, we will need your original documents to get started. Either your can courier / deliver your documents to our offices or we can have our courier collect from and deliver back to you (courier fees will apply).

The costs include all fees accept for courier fees, which will be calculated once you have advised us of the delivery address. A General guideline for our courier fees (collection and delivery) is R250.00 for Gauteng, R400.00 for the rest of South Africa and international delivery will be calculated on request.

We scan the final attested document prior to sending it. Note that the process will usually take between 3 - 5 working days to complete. Please ensure that you have planned in advance the amount of days you require in order to get your documents timeously. Please ensure that you plan ahead and check with us regarding the expected turnaround times. We will endeavor to complete as efficiently as all Departments and Embassy's permit.

 

Payment Procedure

Orders are done by contacting us using our contact form or via telephone / email.

We will provide you with a final invoice once have received your documents and had a chance to look at them and determine the processes to be followed.

Payment can be done at anytime prior to us returning the attested documents back to you.

Payment is done by either:

1. EFT or Bank Deposit through a South African bank. Invoices sent will include our banking details.

2. Using Sagepay payment gateway using Visa/ MasterCard and the currency charged is in South African Rands. All additional transaction fees are paid by Document Attestation SA (Pty) Ltd.
